Smoke Screen
Smoke Screen
Since 2007, the group has released 5 full-length projects. 2010's greatly-received "Imagination Beyond Illustration" LP was followed by the adventurous remix project "Re:Imagined".

Chemist and Mooke, the two MCs that make up Smoke Screen have influences in disparate realms of music - alternative, Top 40, underground etc... but when the two Cleveland MCs combine, they have an explosive and party-starting chemistry that's rocked audiences all over the genre barrier.

Smoke Screen has done countless shows throughout the East Coast and Midwest promoting their releases. They have rocked the stage with the likes of Black Star (Mos Def & Talib Kweli), Girl Talk, Das Racist, Wale, Big Sean, Mr. Lif, Evidence, Brother Ali, Clipse, Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi, Mac Miller, and more.

After a Spring 2011 East Coast Tour, performing at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the legendary Cleveland Public Hall and rocking the stage at The House of Blues in Cleveland, Smoke Screen remains consistent and innovative and they are continuously evolving and highly ambitious.

2012 saw the release of the Ice Cold Water EP which was followed by the Smoke & Lasers Remix EP, along with nominations for Best Group and Album Of The Year for Ice Cold Water at The Ohio Hip Hop Awards.

With multiple projects planned for 2013, Smoke Screen is sure to keep you hydrated.
Nothing Major
Nothing Major
Nothing Major is a Lakewood, OH hip-hop duo combining the works of producer Rob Moore and rapper Jacob Matthews. Starting in the fall of 2014 in the peaceful, mega-liberal Cleveland suburb, what began as a couple of teens finding ways to pay respects to their idols has blossomed into something different altogether.

The group brings a unique perspective and approach to hip-hop, blending an ambient cloud rap ethos with the edgier works of contemporary alt hip-hop visionaries like Vince Staples, Isaiah Rashad, and Odd Future.

The duo released their EP Cold Drinks in July of 2017 to great regional acclaim and are beginning work on their new LP.
